We include free expert layout and proofing allowing us to perfect your layout prior to engraving your awards. Your proof will arrive via email or fax for your approval. All proofs must be signed , dated and sent back, via email or fax, before engraving process will start. “Limelight Recognition will not be” responsible for any mistakes “and/”or changes you may overlook.
Claims Policy – LimeLight ships all products FOB Origin. Claims for merchandise lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping must be filed with the transportation company. Liability for claims is transferred to the carrier at the point of shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we will make every effort to correct the situation.
Cancellations – Cancellation charges are based on work completed. Once an order has been engraved, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns – We “will not accept” returns of engraved merchandise, “unless agreed to in writing by LIMELIGHT precedent to a return and bears the proper return authorization number and Label recognition.” Indemnification – When you submit art and/or text to LimeLight Recognition you assume full legal responsibility for compliance related to copy reproduction authorization. You agree to hold LimeLight Recognition harmless of any damage or expense that may arise as a result of reproductions done on your behalf.
